This explains what Kwerivo collects, what it does with it, and what it deliberately does not keep. It is written to be read rather than survived, so where a section is short it is because there is genuinely little to say.
Kwerivo is operated by FLEETWIRE, LLC, [Registered address].
What we collect about you
Your account. Name, email address, a hashed password, your timezone, and when you last signed in. We never store your password itself.
Your workspace. The name you gave it, who belongs to it, and what role each member has.
How you use the product. Which actions were taken and by whom, kept as an audit trail so you can answer "who changed this". Also technical records — request timing, error reports — used to keep the service working.
Payment details. None, currently. Billing is not connected. When it is, card details will be handled by the payment processor and never stored on our servers.
What we collect about your website
This is the part that matters most, so it is the part written most carefully.
Your site. When you add a website, we fetch its public pages the way a
search engine does and keep the text of those pages. We respect robots.txt.
We do not sign in to anything, submit forms, or reach any page that is not
publicly reachable.
Competitors' sites. When you approve a competitor, we fetch their public pages the same way, and for the same reason: to understand what a topic needs to cover. We only ever read what anyone with a browser could read.
What we do not do. We do not scrape search engine result pages. We do not buy or assemble personal data about your customers. We do not use one customer's crawled content to inform another customer's articles.
Automated processing, and what we send to the AI provider
Producing an article means sending text to an AI provider. That text can include pages crawled from your site and from competitors' public pages, plus the business profile you have reviewed.
Three things about this are worth stating plainly:

Crawled content is treated as untrusted. It is passed to the model inside clearly-marked blocks and can never change how Kwerivo behaves, what it is allowed to publish, or what instructions it follows. A page that tries to give the model instructions is reported, not obeyed.

We keep the prompts for seven days. The exact text sent to the AI provider, and the exact text it sent back, is stored for seven days and then deleted automatically. We would rather tell you this plainly than have you find it out.
Why we keep it: when a run fails, the answer is almost always in what was sent, and without it we are guessing at your expense. What is in it: the pages we crawled from your site, the business profile built from them, and the draft the model wrote back.
The limits on it are real ones. Seven days, against the sixty we keep the crawled pages themselves. Readable only by our own staff — never by other customers, and not by anyone through the product. Held in its own place so it can be erased without touching anything else, which we can do at any time and on request. If you would rather we did not keep it for your account at all, tell us and we will turn it off for you.

Nothing is published without you. Articles are created as drafts. Publishing requires an explicit action, and our WordPress plugin pulls from us rather than us pushing to you — we never hold your site's credentials and never make a request to your server.
Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a company that processes data on our behalf. Ours are listed at sub-processors, which names each one, what it handles, and where it runs.

Deleting a workspace or an account schedules it. Nothing is destroyed immediately, and you can cancel at any point in the window — the delay exists so an accidental click is survivable.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is processed. Deletion is available in the product itself under Settings. For anything else, write to support@kwerivo.com.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Publishing credentials are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and never recoverable. Access to production is restricted, and platform operators can see aggregate usage and costs but cannot read your articles through any interface we provide.
If something goes wrong that affects your data, we will tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes in substance we will record a new version and ask you to accept it. We keep a record of which version each account accepted and when.
