About the AI provider
This is the one that deserves detail, because it is the one that sees your content.
What is sent. The text of pages we crawled, your business profile, and the instructions for the task at hand. Not your password, not your billing details, not your members' personal data beyond what appears on your own public website.
What is kept by us. Not the prompt. The assembled text sent to the provider is never written to our database — we keep only which template ran, its version, the parameters, a hash of the input and the cost. That is enough to reproduce a run or investigate a fault, and not enough to reconstruct your content.
Training. We use the provider's API under terms where submitted content is not used to train their models.
About the host
The application, its database and its backups run on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Backups are encrypted before they leave the machine.
Your own connections
When you connect a WordPress site, our plugin holds a key we issued and asks us for approved articles. We never hold your site's credentials and never make a request to your server. Your site is not a sub-processor of ours — the direction of trust runs the other way.
Changes
If we add or replace a sub-processor we will update this page. Where the change is material we will tell account owners.
