These terms are between you and FLEETWIRE, LLC ([Registered address]), who operate Kwerivo. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Kwerivo does
Kwerivo reads your website, builds a profile of your business, suggests topics, and writes draft articles. It can publish those drafts to a WordPress site through our plugin.
Everything it produces is a draft for you to review. Kwerivo is a writing tool, not a publisher and not an advisor.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use Kwerivo to break the law.
Your content, and who owns what
You own what you put in and what comes out. Your website content, your business profile, and the articles Kwerivo drafts for you are yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You grant us permission to process that material for the sole purpose of providing the service — crawling your site, sending text to our AI provider, storing drafts. Nothing more.
We own Kwerivo itself: the software, the prompts, the interface and the brand. Using the product does not transfer any of that to you.
What you must not do
- Add a website you have no right to have analysed.
- Use Kwerivo to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or deliberately deceptive.
- Attempt to extract our prompts or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell access without a written agreement with us.
- Interfere with the service, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.
We may suspend an account that does any of these. Where it is reasonable to do so first, we will tell you why and give you the chance to put it right.
AI-generated content, and the limits of it
This section is the one worth reading twice.
Articles are produced by a language model. Models get things wrong. They can state something plausible and false, misremember a fact, or phrase something in a way that reads as a promise.
Kwerivo tries hard to limit this. It will not state a price, a guarantee or a specific figure taken from your site unless you have confirmed it. It flags claims it cannot support from your own profile. It never invents search volume or ranking data, because no search data provider is connected.
None of that makes review optional. You are responsible for what you publish. Check anything factual, anything regulated, and anything that commits your business to something, before it goes live.
Availability
We aim to keep Kwerivo running and to deploy without downtime, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you rely on materially, we will give you reasonable notice.
Fees
Plans and limits are active. Nothing is charged at present. If that changes we will tell you before any charge is made, and you will be able to decline.
Ending it
You can delete your workspace or your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day window, and you can cancel within it. After that the data is destroyed permanently and cannot be recovered.
We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.
Liability
Kwerivo is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, FLEETWIRE, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or revenue, or for any consequence of content you chose to publish.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in substance, we will record a new version and ask you to accept it. We keep a record of which version each account accepted and when.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
